Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

§ 1 Geltungsbereich und Anbieter

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) regeln die Nutzung der Plattform MatchMyCareer, die von der DeepGraph GmbH i.G. (nachfolgend "Anbieter") betrieben wird. Diese AGB gelten für alle Nutzer der Plattform.

§ 2 Leistungsbeschreibung und Alpha/Beta-Phase

MatchMyCareer ist eine LLM-basierte Plattform, die Nutzer bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen und der Jobsuche unterstützt.

Important note: The service is currently in an alpha/beta testing phase. This means that the range of functions may be limited, errors or failures may occur, and the provider may change or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Use during this phase is at your own risk. It is also expressly pointed out that the services provided and content generated within the alpha/beta phase are for testing purposes only and do not generate any monetary, commercial or legally binding value.

§ 3 Usage and Credit System

The use of certain functions of the platform requires the purchase of "Credits". MatchMyCareer does not operate with a subscription model. Credits are used for specific, on-demand actions, the costs of which are displayed transparently before execution. Purchased credits are non-refundable.

§ 4 User Obligations

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents uploaded by them. The user undertakes to use the platform only for lawful purposes. In particular, the user is responsible for checking and confirming that all sensitive personal data (PII) has been removed after the automated anonymization of their documents before releasing the documents for further processes.

§ 5 Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for the accuracy of the content generated by the system or for success in application processes. Given the early stage of development (alpha/beta phase), liability for any damages arising from the use of the platform is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 6 Data Protection

§ 7 Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
